I JUST PLACED AN ORDER—WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 2–3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.


HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average time: 5–10 business days

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages arrive on time, carriers occasionally experience delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date; any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL” to support@pettoyplayground.com.


I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS—WHAT DO I DO?
If your address was misspelled or auto‑filled incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately at support@pettoyplayground.com with the correct information. We can correct it within 24 hours as long as your order hasn’t shipped.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with extra padding; however, approximately 1 in 1,000 products may arrive damaged due to mail service mishandling. If this happens:

  1. Email us at support@pettoyplayground.com with:
       – Your order number
       – A clear photo of the damaged product

  2. Once we receive this information, we’ll be happy to send out a replacement free of charge.
