1. Payment Processor
All transactions on this site are processed through Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). We use Stripe’s secure payment gateway to accept credit and debit card payments, digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), and other payment methods supported by Stripe. When you enter your payment information during checkout, it is transmitted directly to Stripe. We never store or have access to your full payment card numbers.
2. Security and PCI Compliance
TLS Encryption: Our checkout pages and Stripe’s payment forms use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt information between your browser and Stripe’s servers.
PCI-DSS Compliance: Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry. We rely on their compliance, which means that we do not handle or store sensitive cardholder data.
Data Storage: The only data we retain is a transactional record (e.g., transaction ID, date, amount) needed to fulfill your order, issue refunds, or support customer service inquiries.
3. Currency and Pricing

Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method. Stripe’s processing fee for the original transaction is typically non-refundable. We will cover Stripe’s fee on refunds only when the refund is due to an error on our part.
5. Refund & Chargeback Policy
Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us at support@pettoyplayground.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and reason for the request.
Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge directly with your card issuer, we will cooperate fully with Stripe’s investigations. Note that chargebacks may incur additional fees from Stripe, which we may pass along only if the dispute is found to be invalid.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
We collect only the following information during checkout:
Billing Details (name, billing address, email) to process your order.
Shipping Details (if applicable) to deliver physical goods.
Your personal data is used solely to process and fulfill your order, to communicate order status, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to complete your transaction (i.e., with Stripe) or as required by law.
