Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at support@pettoyplayground.com before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Perishable goods such as treats or snacks

Personalized or custom products

Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damage.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
